My stay at the hotel had some ups and downs. The location was super convenient, with easy access to the conference and plenty of nearby restaurants. However, the room situation was less than ideal, as it smelled musty and had thin walls, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. The service from some of the staff was great, especially Ariana, but my experience with a billing issue was frustrating. Overall, the hotel had potential with its amenities, but the room conditions and service discrepancies could use improvement.

Overall, my stay had a mix of ups and downs. While the location was extremely convenient with easy access to restaurants and a warm pool, I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the state of the dining options, as the restaurant was under renovation during my visit. The staff was mostly helpful, but I felt that some were just doing the bare minimum. So, while it had its perks, it definitely wasn’t ideal for the price.
